Dr. McLean has graduate training in statistics,
measurement, evaluation, research, and educational psychology coupled with 34
years experience teaching in these areas.
He also has 22 years administrative experience as a program chair, area
head, assistant dean, and director.
During the past 30 years he has directed, co-directed, or administered
well over funded 100 research, assessment, and
evaluation projects funded for more than six million dollars. Presently, he holds the James H. Quillen
